Novel length Sci-fi/Fantasy project.

In the aftermath of failing to save the day, former chosen one Amelia goes on an unsanctioned quest to “Fairyland” to meet with the oracle and try to regain her tittle and life from her usurping former sidekick. In a world where “Fairies” are actually just a cover story for time travelers, the lines between future tech and magic lore blurs. Amelia has to decide wether to be hero of the moment or stand for something greater.

Working Title: Coffee Shop Purgatory

Short story length humor project.

What are the side effects of taking larger then life action and YA story characters and putting them in a coffee shop alternate universe. Are they absurdly overpowered and invasive species level thriving types. Or without dragons to slay and revolutions to lead do they struggle with lack of meaning in their lives. What really is the result of taking someone who is supposed to be bigger, faster, stronger, smarter then making them serve coffee and bagels.
